A five-year investor permit, renewable while the applicable conditions remain satisfied. It is not citizenship and does not itself grant employment rights.
Eligible spouses or partners, qualifying children under 21 and parents may apply under the programme’s family provisions. Individual relationships and documentation require legal review.
Absence from Greece does not, by itself, prevent renewal. You must retain the qualifying investment and continue to meet the applicable requirements.
The Schengen area comprises 29 countries. A valid Greek residence permit supports short visits to other Schengen countries, generally up to 90 days in any 180-day period, subject to travel conditions.

Lawful long-term letting can be considered. For new investments under the current framework, short-term rental restrictions apply, and conversion-route properties cannot serve as a company headquarters or branch. Have a lawyer review the proposed lease; 60 days alone does not certify compliance.
